Hello and great to meet you — I’m Lloyd, an Engineering Career Coach and Mentor with over 14 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.

My journey began on site as a setting out engineer, and for nearly a decade I’ve worked in consultancy design for a global engineering firm. This diverse experience has shaped my understanding of the industry from the ground up.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the business. Like anyone committed to growth, I’ve also made mistakes along the way — and each one has helped me evolve both personally and professionally.

I believe I offer something different — a fresh and relatable perspective by combining the proven success of online coaching with real-time experience from my ongoing career in civil engineering. By staying active in the industry, I ensure my guidance is grounded, relevant, and aligned with the evolving challenges engineers face today.

My mission now is to share those insights and lessons to help other engineers and project managers  in any discipline to unlock their full potential, accelerate their development, and shape careers they’re proud of.
