The Process behind your Success
Step 1: On-boarding questionaire and intial video call
Start by completing a short onboarding questionnaire, followed by a video call to explore your career goals in more detail and understand your needs- do you need a coach or a mentor? This forms the basis of your personalised Career Progression Roadmap- a clear, strategic plan to help you move forward.
Step 2: Creating your tailored Career Progression Roadmap
After onboarding, you’ll receive your personalised Career Progression Roadmap—a structured plan you can continuously shape, update, and refine as your career evolves and you meet your goals that we set together.
Step 3: Bi-Weekly check-ins and video reviews
Every two weeks, you’ll complete a quick online check-in to reflect on your progress, address challenges, and adjust your goals. We’ll also review your updates and provide feedback via video, ensuring you get the support and guidance needed to stay on track.
Step 4: Quarterly Video Call
Each quarter, we’ll have a video call to review your progress, refine your approach, and set clear goals for the months ahead—supporting your continued growth as an engineer.
